Based in Mansfield, Victoria, we are a building design firm delivering affordable residential and commercial design services throughout North East Victoria.
We believe in responsible design that responds thoughtfully to people and place — creating functional, beautiful spaces that enhance the way you live, work and connect with your environment, with a strong focus on passive design principles.
Through our partnership with Taylor Consulting Engineers, we provide a complete one-stop-shop service for all pre-construction needs, delivering a streamlined experience from concept through to documentation.
Our Team…
Our team is led by Dave Clifton, an experienced and registered Residential and Commercial Building Designer with the Building and Plumbing Commission Victoria (BPC). Dave holds an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural), a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, and is a member of Design Matters National.
Supported by experienced designers Luke Baklis, Dimitra Kofidou and a collaborative team of architects and building designers, we deliver thoughtful, practical and well-resolved design outcomes tailored to each client, site and community.

We are committed to guiding our clients through a smooth and supportive process, offering clear communication, trusted advice and guidance at every stage — especially for those new to the building journey.
We work across a broad range of residential, commercial and community projects throughout North East Victoria, including new homes, additions and alterations, restoration and heritage works, commercial developments, government and council projects, as well as sheds and outbuildings of all scales.
